Overseer Kimberly V. McWilliams was born on October 5, 1981 to Elder Carolyn McWilliams. She graduated from Hermitage High School in 1999. Her studies led her to Virginia Triumphant College and Seminary, where she graduated in December 2007, under their Dual Degree Program, with a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies and a Master’s of Divinity. May 2015 she graduated with a Social Science Degree, from J. Sargent Reynolds Community College. At the completion of her Fall Semester 2018, Kim had earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Old Dominion University, with a concentration in Psychology. Currently she is pursuing her Doctorate Degree at Saint Thomas Christian University. She is affiliated with several organizations, both educational and within the community. Out of it all, her greatest accomplishment, is that of being a mother to two beautiful children, a daughter, Adrienne Makayla, and a son, Lannice Oreonne.

Overseer has been in ministry all of her life. She began singing at the age of 3 and did her first sermon at the age of 8. She’s had the pleasure of traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast, ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has been licensed as an Evangelist, Minister, Elder and in October 2010 she was installed as Pastor and Establishmentarian of Remnants of the Kingdom International Ministries. In addition, her personal ministry, KVM Global Ministries, was established. In 2010, she submitted her ministries under Kingdom Covenant Int'l Ecumenical Council of Churches Inc., where her Presiding Prelate was Chief Apostle L. Collins. In November 2015, she was elevated to the office of Overseer and Healing House Assembly of Ministries Inc. was established. In 2017, by the leading of the Lord, Overseer submitted her ministry under Bishop RC and Bishop Samuel R. Blakes, Family of Churches Fellowship International. In March 2019, the Lord ordered her steps to plant in Lancaster, California, and KVM West was established. Overseer is an author, motivational speaker, voice of radio and television. She is also the recipient of several awards and recognitions.

Her journey in Ministry has truly come with some highs and some lows but all was for her maturing. God has moved mightily in her life and has used Overseer, even when she felt undeserved, to share a life changing word to Gods people. To declare and decree in the earth the Lord’s favor and speak a word that set the captives free. Her daily confession is Galatians 2:20 (KJV), “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
